Can I book on for any class as a complete beginner?

Absolutely! NEBULA Wrestling offers mixed-ability professional wrestling training classes suitable for wrestlers of different experience levels.

However, if you’re completely new to wrestling, our Origins Beginners Course is the perfect place to start.

Origins is designed to fast-track you into NEBULA Wrestling, teaching the essential fundamentals of professional wrestling alongside one of the most important parts of becoming a wrestler: character development.

You’ll learn the basics of wrestling while discovering your character, presentation and how to stand out as a performer all key parts of what makes NEBULA Wrestling unique.

If you’re starting your wrestling journey in Nottingham, Origins is your first step towards becoming part of the NEBULA Wrestling family.

Do you offer a beginners course?

Yes! NEBULA Wrestling runs our 6-week Origins Beginners Wrestling Course multiple times throughout the year, giving complete beginners the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of professional wrestling at our Nottingham wrestling school.

The course includes 2 professional wrestling training sessions every week, giving you 12 training sessions in total. The full course is valued at £180 but is available for just £105 — only £8.75 per class.

At the end of the 6 weeks, trainees will have the opportunity to attend our free Origins Season Finale, where selected trainees may be invited to perform in a professional wrestling match inside the NEBULA Wrestling ring in front of friends and family.

This is an exclusive, invite-only opportunity and is not guaranteed.

Our coaches assess your attendance, effort, attitude, progress and performance throughout the wrestling training course when selecting trainees for the Season Finale.

Completing Origins is your first step into NEBULA Wrestling, with the course designed to teach wrestling fundamentals, character development and the skills needed to begin your journey in UK professional wrestling.

What should I expect during my first training class?

Before the class at our wrestling school in the UK begins, we recommend those attending Nottingham wrestling sessions arrive a bit early to stretch and warm up. It’s also wise to bring something to drink to stay hydrated during your training. Please remember to wear suitable footwear, as using the same shoes you walked to the training facility in is not appropriate, especially if you're involved in pro wrestling in the UK.
